
Mario was born in Málaga, Spain and grew up in Barcelona. He moved to the United States at the age of 21 with a soccer scholarship to Martin Methodist College at the University of Tennessee Southern. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He is currently the Director of Coaching and Player Development at Rayo 615.

Austin grew up in Nashville, TN, where he played soccer at Hillsboro High School and Darlington School Soccer Academy. Austin continued his soccer career at Cumberland University. In addition to coaching at Rayo 615, Austin currently is the varsity coach at Hillsboro High School for the men's and women's teams.

Joaquin Carrillo is a former collegiate soccer player and current Rayo 615 coach. He played at Glencliff High School before continuing his career at Cumberland University, where he competed for five seasons and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. During his college years, Joaquin also played two summer seasons with Tennessee Soccer Club in USL2 during his junior and senior seasons. He has coached for two seasons as a volunteer assistant at Cumberland University, gaining valuable experience in player development, team management, and performance analysis, with a strong interest in the tactical side of the game.

Juan was born in Lima, Perú and moved to the United States in 2024. During his youth, he played soccer for Club Sporting Cristal. He received business and finance degrees from the Peruvian Institute of Business Administration and Federico Villarreal University. He is currently an assistant coach at Rayo 615.
Danny Gagliardi is a former professional soccer player. He was drafted in the 2020 MLS Superdraft by the Vancouver Whitecaps. Following the Whitecaps, he played for Inter Miami, FC Tulsa, and the Miami FC.
Danny played collegiate soccer at Florida International University, spending five seasons with the Panthers. He made 34 appearances and was named Third Team All-Conference USA in 2019. He graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer.
Following his pro career, he accepted a role at Lipscomb University as Goalkeeper Coach where he continues to grow and learn from the game.
Jimmy McHone is a former collegiate athlete and current assistant coach at Rayo 615. He played varsity soccer for four years at Mount Juliet High School. He continued his soccer career at Trine University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology and Sports Psychology. He continued on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing at Trine University. He looks forward to working with players who are passionate about the beautiful game!
Jorge was born in Mexico in 1975. He played professionally for Atlante F.C and at the collegiate level in Mexico. He moved to the United States in 1999 to pursue further education, subsequently dedicating himself to coaching youth soccer, as well as managing UPSL teams. His passion lies in teaching and sharing his knowledge.
